Under what circumstances am I entitled to return an article?
- I received my order in poor condition;
- I selected the wrong size and would like to change it;
- The product is not what I expected and I would like a refund or receive a credit note to be used at another time;
- I would like to replace the product with another of the same model and price but of a different size or colour.
Whatever the circumstance, returned merchandise must be in pristine condition and must not show any sign of use; otherwise it will be impossible for us to authorise the refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack the items for them not to be damaged during the return process to lafranci.
Should you have any difficulty in finding a suitable packaging, we suggest you to use the package your order was originally shipped to you.
We remind you that for items received by us in less than optimal conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the return or replacement procedure.
The same applies to customized products that cannot be returned or replaced.
You may return your items within 14 days from receiving your order.
How may I claim a refund or a credit note?
Refunds and Credit Notes
Please inform us about your intention to return the item(s) by writing a mail to our Customer Service email@example.com. Once your return request is authorised, you will have to ship the item(s) to the given address. Please make sure you fill the return form you received with your order and enclose it to the articles you are returning. As soon as we receive the returned items(s), and confirm the refund, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the sale price amount will be credited on your account within 14 (fourteen) days. You will be credited the amount using the same method you have originally used to pay, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund on your credit card or on your bank account if you payed by bank transfer.
lafranci is not liable for any loss or damage happening during the return process, and it is sole responsibility of the customer to make sure that returned item(s) get to our premise in pristine condition, otherwise lafranci will not be able to issue any refund.
Should you be interested in receiving a credit note to be spent on our web site rather than a refund, please just inform us of your decision by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. After completing the abovementioned return process, you will receive an authorisation mail with a credit code to be used within six months from issue. Please remember that credit codes are strictly personal and you cannot use more than one at a time. Furthermore they cannot be used to purchase discounted or special price items.
How long may I request a refund or a credit note?
You are entitled to request a refund or a credit note to be spent on our web site within 14 days after delivery of your order.
How much does it cost to return a product or to receive a credit note?
In the case of a refund, you will have to send the product to be returned to the given address and the cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer.
In the case of a return to receive a credit note, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer but no additional expense will be charged to the buyer for requesting a credit note.
How can I exchange a purchased product?
In case you want to replace a purchased product with another, you are entitled to do so only when replacing it with a product of the same model and price but changing size or colour.
To carry out this operation, you must contact our customer service via email at email@example.com and follow the procedure indicated in the General Terms of Service shown on the site. (art. VIII, paragraph 4)
Products must be returned intact, unused, undamaged otherwise the replacement cannot be made. Lafranci therefore reserves the right to check the suitability of the replacement before accepting the request after checking the availability of the products requested as a replacement.
The lapse of time during which you can replace a product is 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the order including the product to be replaced. After positively checking the conditions for replacement, LAFRANCI will send you a confirmation email and will proceed to send you the replacement products within 14 (fourteen) days.
The replacement will be processed by LAFRANCI with the same methods used for each order, and therefore these General Conditions will apply.
